Am I the A-hole for wanting my friends to always help me with tasks?

My roommates and I have been living together for about two years. We've made a decent agreement where we each take turns doing the laundry, but lately, it feels like I'm always the one putting in the work. Last week, my friend was super busy to do their turn. I got really frustrated because they just didn't even notice. I told them that it was unfair, and they said they were sorry. Now, they're saying I'm overreacting. Am I really the asshole here?

Should I find new roommates?
